KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS

• LLB (BACHELOR OF LAWS) from a recognized university (local or foreign).
• Attorney-at-Law qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law/Commercial Law contracts, or legal advisory roles under a senior commercial lawyer or from law firm in Sri Lanka.
• Master's Degree in Law, Business Law or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, legal documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
