Role and Responsibilities

The selected employee(s) will be responsible for:

• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities on behalf of the Company.
• Giving evidence relating to Company records, transactions, and operational matters.
• Liaising with the Legal Department in the preparation of court documents, affidavits, and supporting evidence.
• Assisting external and internal legal counsel in the conduct of legal proceedings.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all information obtained in the course of duties.
• Encourage company customers for Court settlements

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

• Be a permanent employee of the Company.
• Possess a sound understanding of the Company's operations.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the Company effectively before judicial and regulatory authorities.
• Be willing to attend court proceedings and related meetings as and when required.
