Intern - Corporate Affairs & Contract Administration
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern in Corporate Affairs & Contract Administration to join our Corporate Affairs team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a law undergraduate to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment, supporting legal documentation, contract administration, and general corporate affairs under professional supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and formatting basic legal documents and agreements.
  • Support contract review by checking for completeness and formatting.
  • Assist in maintaining contract files, records, and databases.
  • Help prepare simple legal correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document collection.
  • Perform general administrative and legal support tasks as assigned

Candidate Profile

  • LLB (Bachelor's Degree in Law) from a recognised university.
  • Attorney-at-Law (Reading) status will be an added advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal); Sinhala language skills are an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of legal documentation and contracts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
